There are two steps from palm nut to get palm kernel:
cracking firstly and separating then. We adopt professional palm kernel craker, crushing rate is above 90%;
After crushing the palm nut, the shell and kernel weight is very close; To separate it is a very complicated process; So our engineer team developed air separator system. Through adjusting the transducer to control high pressure air speed and volume; When the speed and air volume arrive the critical value, which can separate the shell and kernel; Kernel in shell rate is less than 5%; This system is mainly for cracking and separating palm kernel.
