c. Softening machine: the purpose of softening is to adjust the moisture and temperature of oil, and make it soft.

d. Flaking machine: rolling raw material into flakes, and the purpose is to increae surface area, destroy the groundnut cell tissue, shorten the way of oil out from cake.

Cooking oil solvent extraction machine uses n-hexane to extract oil from oil cakes, and the residual oil ratio in the oil meal can be less than 1%.

a. Solvent pumps: continuously spray solvent to the rotary-type etractor

b. Roary etractor: Spray and soak the pre-pressed cake with solvent so that oil fats can be diss-olved in solvent(form miscella). After processing, you can get wet meal and miscella (mied oil).

c. DTDC: usd to separate the solvent from the wet meal.

d. Miscella tank 1st: pump the miscella (oil with solvent) in to the miscella 1st , then add saline water to it. The phospholipid in the miscella will react with the saline water, at last the reactant precipitate, reaching the goal of purifying.

e. Miscella tank 2nd: the purified miscella will be pumped into it.

f. Miscella stripping: it will remove the remaining solvent in miscella. And the solvent will be discharged to condenser for recycling.

g. Condensers: to cooling the solvent gas separated from the wet meal and miscella for recycling.

3. Edible oil refining machine

Degumming: To remove the content of colloidal impurities in the oil. Usually add P-acid or hot water to make the colloidal impurities sink and is separated out.

Neutralization: To reduce the level of free fatty acid (FFA) in the oil, caustic soda is mixed with the crude oil and the mixture is fed to a hydration tank. The neutralized oil may have trace of soap which is a by-product of the neutralization process. Therefore, the oil will be washed with water.

Bleaching: The neutralized oil is then pumped to the bleacher in which it is mixed with bleaching earth to improve the color of oil by the process called adsorption. At this stage, any undesirable impurities from the crude Groundnut oil are removed. This process improves the initial taste, final flavour and oxidative stability of the product. The bleached oil is then filtered to remove the bleaching earth leaving the oil with very low phosphorous levels and no soap.

Deodorization:  The bleached oil, after being filtered, will be pumped to the deodorizer to avoid substances which are responsible for the odor of edible oil.
